Music

At Sunshine Charity, music is taught through various methods, including singing, auditory training, and neurorhythmics. Ear training is also provided through the use of different instruments, while basic music theory and composition are introduced to students. The role of music in history and literature is also explored.

The program starts with singing, which is the most natural way for children to appreciate and enjoy music. Music is carefully selected to suit the vocal range of the children, and movement is incorporated into the songs. Students are exposed to a diverse range of musical genres, from folk and popular music to classical and contemporary compositions. By singing and moving to music and listening to it being played during work periods, students learn to recognize different musical styles and become familiar with the power of music as a universal language.
